Crisis Management & Organizational Member Care¶
Crisis Management & Organizational Member Care is a Level 3 Team/Leader course for leaders and organizations responsible for severe incidents, high-risk member care, and emergency systems.
Leadership course
This course is designed for organizational leaders, member care coordinators, and security or support teams who need structured crisis systems.
Course Purpose¶
This course teaches leaders how to build robust member care structures, define decision-making authority, activate crisis teams, and manage evacuation or trauma response.
Intended Audience¶
- Team leaders, field directors, and security coordinators
- Member care staff and pastoral care teams
- Sending organizations, sending churches, and support agencies
Prerequisites¶
Recommended: Advanced Field Security & Crisis Evacuation and Missionary Care.
Learning Objectives¶
By the end of this course, learners should be able to:
- Apply the 7 S's framework to member care systems.
- Define decision-making authority before emergencies occur.
- Activate and staff a Crisis Management Team with clear communications.
- Distinguish hibernation, relocation, and evacuation responses.
- Follow trauma triage and care protocols after a field death.
