This course is designed for independent workers, support teams, and field communicators who need ethical financial practices in challenging contexts.

Course Purpose

To help learners overcome the shame of asking for support, invite partners into mission responsibly, and manage gifts with integrity.

  • Independent missionaries and project leaders.
  • Support-raising coordinators.
  • Church and team communication partners.

Prerequisites

Recommended: Missionary Readiness 101 and Field Readiness.

Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, learners should be able to:

  • Explain the biblical foundation for support raising.
  • Build a partnership team without reducing people to transactions.
  • Manage restricted and unrestricted gifts with clear policies.
  • Tell ethical stories that protect local neighbors.
  • Communicate safely in sensitive and restricted contexts.
