Ethical Fundraising & Partner Communication equips field practitioners to build support-raising systems that honor donors, protect local dignity, and treat money as a means to mission, not an end.
Level 2 course
This course is designed for independent workers, support teams, and field communicators who need ethical financial practices in challenging contexts.
Course Purpose¶
To help learners overcome the shame of asking for support, invite partners into mission responsibly, and manage gifts with integrity.
Intended Audience¶
- Independent missionaries and project leaders.
- Support-raising coordinators.
- Church and team communication partners.
Prerequisites¶
Recommended: Missionary Readiness 101 and Field Readiness.
Learning Objectives¶
By the end of this course, learners should be able to:
- Explain the biblical foundation for support raising.
- Build a partnership team without reducing people to transactions.
- Manage restricted and unrestricted gifts with clear policies.
- Tell ethical stories that protect local neighbors.
- Communicate safely in sensitive and restricted contexts.
