  • [ ] Does it avoid exact location details that could identify a field site?
  • [ ] Does it avoid names of minors, vulnerable adults, or at-risk churches?
  • [ ] Does it avoid language that exploits poverty or trauma for emotional impact?
  • [ ] Does it clearly separate prayer requests from financial appeals?
  • [ ] Does it honor donor intent and avoid misleading promises?
  • [ ] Does it include a respectful consent statement if using media?
  • [ ] Has a team member or supervisor reviewed the message for safety?
  • [ ] Is the update transparent without over-sharing sensitive information?
